How do I report a leak?
To report a water leak, please contact the Authority office at 412.741.7755. If you do not reach a person in the office, please call 412.670.2925 to report leaks.
How do I set up water and sewer service?
If renting, please call the Authority office at 412.741.7755 to apply for water and sewer service and submit security deposits. If purchasing a property, please call the Authority office to confirm mailing address and owner’s contact information.
How often will I receive a bill?
Water bills are received quarterly and sewer bills are monthly. Residents will receive two estimated sewer bills then a third actual usage bill with the water bill. Separate checks must be written for the two bills.
Can I have my payments pulled automatically from my bank account?
Yes, call the authority office during office hours at (412) 741-7755 to set up this service.
Can I get my bills emailed to me?

Who is Aleppo Township Authority's water supplier?
Aleppo purchases water from West View water primarily. In the case of a leak, the water may switch temporarily to Sewickley water.
When does the Authority board meet?
The board meetings are held the fourth Thursday every month at 4:30 in the Township municipal building.
How do I sign up for service?
Renters must complete the application for service and return with water and sewer security deposits. The security deposits will then be applied to the final bill upon moving out of the residence. Homeowners do not need to any paperwork, just contact the office to provide a phone number. The application for service can be found on our Forms page.
How can I pay my bill?
Pay your bill using any of the following methods:
- Pay online with a credit card or checking account.
- Mail payments to 100 North Drive, Suite 2, Sewickley, PA 15143.
- Contact the Authority office to set up ACH payments.
- Pay at Township municipal building using the drop box provided.
